MixPac MCH 05-32T Mixing Nozzle-Round Helix Bell Style - for 1:1 & 2:1 ratio 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and 1500ml universal Bell-Style mixing nozzles (7.4-inch 5MM Inner Diameter 36-element Mixing Nozzles) for all standard C-System 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and 1500ml 2-Part epoxy and adhesive cartridges.

Mixpac nozzle MCH 05-32T is used to dispense materials such as epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, methacrylate and a variety of other two part adhesives and sealants.
Typical applications for dispensing adhesive with Sulzer static mixer MCH 05-32T include: electronics, communications, aerospace, automotive, aircraft assembly, wind turbine assembly and repair, home building, construction, concrete repair and many others.
Works perfectly with all major branded adhesives that use the larger (C-System) adhesive cartridges, 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, 1500ml, and related cartridge types. Works with all standard C-System cartridges by Sulzer MixPac, and 2k cartridges by Nordson EFD. Each Pack includes the same number of mixing nozzles plus the related inner/inside mixing assembly
The MixPac MCH 05-32T Mixing Nozzle-Round Helix Bell Style are used to dispense 2-part adhesives from 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and 1500ml C-System plastic cartridges, and works with both 1:1 and 2:1 ratio formulas.
This mixer is connected with a bell outlet and has a stepped tip that can be cut to adjust the amount of adhesive being dispensed.
