Permabond Initiator 44 is designed to initiate the cure of no-mix Permabond toughened acrylic adhesives such as TA459 and TA4590. The product is a monomer and therefore requires no dry time. Initiator applied to one of the bonding surfaces and the adhesives to the other. Suited to bonding tight fitting parts, using initiator provides a short cure time.
